This blog is a result of years and years of searching for one thing: the perfect hole in the wall restaurant.
You’ve felt that urge before. The urge to find a place you can boast about to your friends. A place you can come back to and feel instant gratification. A place that after you’ve been away from home for a while, is one of the first places you’ll go to when you come back. A place you can sort of call your own.
I’m on a mission to find the best hole in the wall eateries in the country. Along the way, I’ll be travelling and discovering new dishes.
I will stay away from overpriced and commercialized restaurants. Maybe the occasional meal from a great chef here and there. But mostly I’m going back to basics, where I believe all the goodness starts.
